Could you please assist us and let us know the steps of synchronising Outlook 2003 with Salesforce
Question 2.
In outlook TOOLS> SALESFORCE OPTIONS , it is accepting the production userid and password . but it does not accept dev user id and password.

This likely has been addressed since your post in 2011; however, if you are still interested in Salesforce for Outlook the support for Outlook 2007 stopped in October 2017. You will need to have a newer version of Outlook 2010 or higher.
