Hello,

We'd like to send subscribers (added via synced DE) who are in a Journey a survey, add the information they submitted to their record in Sales Cloud, and then do a decision split based on their survey response.

I'm hoping someone can point me to a best-practices, or example of a way to conduct a survey with subscribers and incorporate the answers they submitted back into their MC/SC records.  My company currently uses FormStack and I was initially thinking we could use that to update SC records and let the data sync again before running the data split.  Is there a way to autofill fields with subscriber data I already have (i.e. someone's email)?  Should I be using the Survey object in SC?  Is this the type of thing that I should build with a CloudPage and Smart Capture?
