I'm wondering if it is possible to have Lightning for Outlook work with general support emails in addition to user emails? I would greatly appreciate any insight into this process, if it is possible.

@Evelyn Scanlan, have you figured out how to log emails with Lightning for Outlook / Outlook integration using a group inbox?
