Hi All,

 

I am from a Non IT Background, my academic background is IT, I am looking to switch into Salesforce admin role,  it would be a great help if someone advice me for the same. 

I have done salesforce admin certification.

    Hi Rani kumari, Since you already have Salesforce Admin certification, I suggest focusing on practical knowledge.

    1. Hands-on Practice: Focus on Security, Flows, Reports, Dashboards and Data Management.
    2. Real-Time Projects: Build 2–3 projects with real business scenarios.
    3. Interview Preparation: Practice scenario-based questions regularly.
    4. Resume & LinkedIn: Highlight your certification, projects and transferable skills.
    5. Job Applications: Start applying for Junior Admin, Salesforce Support and entry-level roles.

    Don't depend only on certification. Focus on hands-on experience and confidence in explaining business scenarios.

    Your non-IT experience can also be an advantage, especially if you understand business processes.

Mailchimp to Salesforce Sync Issue

I've been working with Mailchimp support on this but haven't been very helpful. 

We currently have Salesforce and the Mailchimp package installed. 

 

There is an error (see below) but can't seem to figure out what the error is as that API Name/Field isn't mapped to anything in the query builder and audiences. Mailchimp to Salesforce Sync Issue

I'm trying to sync our data from Salesforce contacts to MailChimp records.

    I’ve run into similar issues with the Mailchimp for Salesforce package - those unknown field/API name errors are usually coming from something in the query builder or a hidden mapping, and they’re not always easy to trace. It’s often not Salesforce itself, but the connector being a bit opaque. 

     

    If you want to keep using the native package, I’d double-check the query builder, audience fields, and any recently changed fields in Salesforce (especially deleted/renamed ones). 

     

    In one project we hit a point where debugging the package took more time than it was worth, and we switched to using Skyvia to sync Contacts to Mailchimp. It gave us explicit control over field mapping and upsert logic, plus clearer logs when something failed. Not a direct fix for the package, but a more predictable alternative if the sync keeps acting up.

Hello everyone I'm facing an issue in hands on challenge. I'm on the Admin beginner trail and in the user engagement module...I can't find "Assign learning content" at the bottom of the guidance centre panel.

    Do I have to complete the Setup: Quick Look Trailhead module to see that option(Assign learning content) that is showing at the bottom of the guidance panel ?
