Agentforce specialist certification

Hi everyone,

I’m currently preparing for the Agentforce Specialist certification and I’m looking for the latest study materials and hands-on learning resources.

I tried a few courses on Udemy, but many of them seem outdated and some of the features shown in the videos are not available in my Developer Edition org. Because of this, I’m unable to complete several of the hands-on tasks demonstrated in those tutorials.

Does anyone know of recent training, hands-on labs, or updated videos that cover the current Agentforce features? Any guidance or recommended resources would be greatly appreciated.

    DEV ORG AVAILABILITY ISSUE (Your Main Problem) 

    Many Agentforce features require specific Einstein/Agentforce add-on licenses that the standard Developer Edition org does NOT include. Here is how to get proper hands-on access: 

    - Request a free Agentforce Developer Edition from:

    developer.salesforce.com/agentforce

    (look for "Agentforce Dev Org" - these have Einstein licenses included) 

    - Use Trailhead Playground orgs created specifically from Agentforce badges/superbadges - these provision the right licenses automatically 

    - Look for the "Quick Start: Agentforce" Trailhead project - it provisions a properly licensed scratch org

    Avoid Udemy entirely for this cert - the platform moves too fast. Stick to official Trailhead and Salesforce Help documentation.
