Cannot See Agentforce Employee Agent?

Hi Team, 

I hope you all are doing well. 

I have completed First step perfectly, connect to org correctly but during second step i cannot see any option to create Agentforce Employee Agent. Please see attached snap as a reference. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated - please note I have refreshed Step 1 and completed it 3 time and then try doing step 2 but still no Employee Agent showing in Create Agent option.
