I attempted my Salesforce Administrator exam on March 26, 2025, but due to technical issues on the Kryterion platform, my exam was rescheduled twice and ultimately suspended. I was only able to attempt 15 questions.
I also complied with a sudden request to show my surroundings via webcam, confirming there were no distractions or rule violations. The suspension was solely due to system errors, not any misconduct on my part.
I raised a support ticket on march 26, 2025
but I have yet to receive a response or a reschedule voucher. Please provide an update on my case and assist with rescheduling my exam at the earliest.
