Static Resource is not works in Head Markup for LWR site.

I have CSS file with name markup in the Static Resource.

and i am applying this as a reference in the Head Markup of LWR site as below :-

<link rel="stylesheet" href="{ basePath }/sfsites/c/resource/markup?{ versionKey }"/>

 But still it's not works, please guide me...
