I'm new to using Salesforce portal. Accidently while practicing for Salesforce Associate, I changed the account tab page layout to some other setting, rather than the original one. I want to setup the list of accounts to back to original one? How do I do that? Attaching screenshot for your reference. Help to switch the account page layout to Orginal account page layout

Unfortunately No. However, I had another playground to practice and the only way to figure out that problem is to get more familiar with the portal. Thanks for checking with me.
