Couldn't find a collaboration space named 'Residential Sales Product Collaboration'.

Hey All,

 I could really use your help.  Here's what I have done:

• I have the group set up as stated.  
• I have copied and pasted the text.  
• I have created and recreated the group for a fourth time. 
• Per one persons suggestion I made the group private with customers as well.  (I have also done it without)
• Per another suggestion, I made the users use General US & Western Europe (ISO-8859-1, ISO-LATIN-1)

This one step that should take all of 10 minutes has flummoxed me for over two hours in searching for answers, going through trails over again, searching help files, community answers and even Google.  

Here is what I have - with no spaces and no capitalization issues that I can see.  If your eyes catch something, please let me know. 

At this point I feel like I have tried every solution I could find and hit that Check Challenge button way too many times :)

Ok oddly enough, now I can't post comments on this post. Here was my recent comment: 

I have recreated the group without the allow customers and it still is not working.  I also saw a post where the user marked themselves the CEO and it worked.  That solution did not work here.  Just sending updates as I try things.

Ok, now I keep getting an error trying to post this comment. It simply says :something went wrong.  Refresh the page and try again.

This leads me to believe that all my troubles are trailhead based at this point.  There were alerts across the screen today for half the day saying how busy they were after all :)

Let's try a new comment again a couple hours later.  (Nope it still is malfunctioning :( so I will be posting my next comment in this original post...)

IT WORKED!!!

Here is yet another thing for anyone else looking for a reason it might not work.  I'm not sure if this did it for me but I ran out of things to look for and I think this may have been it.  I tried to set up another org and just do the the last challenge with the two users I needed and that didn't quite do it.  But in doing so I came across the fact that the username format was off.  

This is where it pays to read very carefully and not take the directions for granted, if in fact this was the issue.

When their usernames autopopulate with your email address, replace that with a unique username by following this formula:
user’s first initial + user’s last name @ your initials + today’s date in a 6-digit format + example.com

I won't tell you the answer - but I will say follow the directions explicitly (except for the nickname.  That part didn't matter.)

If this was my issue, the lesson is this: Sometimes we create naming conventions for a reason.
