I'm looking for a freelancer to take over my editing of Vertical Response emails. You would receive content from us, insert the articles into our format (I can forward a sample to you), proofread, and test. You would not launch emails or be involved with list creation. This work takes me about two hours per email (one every week, a few skips) and as a professional you would probably do it faster! We plan our newsletters 4 weeks in advance, provide copy 2 weeks in advance, and do copy editing/proofing 1 week in advance. Our publication deadline is every Wednesday (a few skips.) We have a slightly tighter schedule for graphic design because it has to connect to copy.
