When I import a list of emails of subscribers from a CSV file (not through FTP; simply from my desktop) the subscriber keys are not included. So when I suppress the list in email studio the data is not excluded because there are no subscriber keys. How do I import a list of subscribers without subscriber keys but still enable email studio to recognize them AND not create those emails as new contacts (which affects my threshold $$)? Currently what happens is that each email on that list once imported and used for an email deployment, then gets assigned a new subscriber key that is the email address. In other words, a new subscriber key becomes associated with the same email address that already existed in my All Subscriber list. ##MCAskAnExpert
