Does anyone know why you are unable to use Canadian postal codes to create shape layers--similar to how you can use U.S. zip codes? I created shape layers to mimic our territories, but I was only able to use Canadian provinces and territories as a data source, which, alas, is insufficient.

I have a use case where customers enter orders which are stored as an Opportunity. The Opportunity has an address that is geocoded and that appears on the map to show where the customers need to be serviced. I would like to show the service charge when the customer enters the order based on shape layers. How can I determine the shape layer from an address on a record, in this case the Opportunity record?

Is it possible to automatically import/create Shape Layers? 

General use case would be to

1. On an Opportunity Closed Won, set a checkbox on/Autoassign Account records within 2mi of the Opportunity 

Good Morning. I'm having issues with using the "Draw on Map" tool with shape layers. The lasso to add shapes works great, but I'm having issues using the removal lasso and the toggle shape selector. Is this a known bug or is it just me?
