Hello! I've recently completed the Salesforce Certified Sales Representative Exam Preparation trail, and am looking to improve my knowledge and understanding in the following areas:

-Customer Engagement

-Forecasting

-Customer Success

-Planning

I have identified these as my weakest areas, so any recommended study materials, trails, modules, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks!

Looks like pagebreaks are not supported- please forgive these syntactical errors!

@David Reece We're looking into product schedule (lightning) and use it as a base for demand planning. Any recommendations? It doesn't seemed to be used much by manufacturers nor other type of industries. My worry is manual work to maintain the forecast. We have a pipeline of Opps with lots of recurrent business but very seasonal and depending on weather being favorable or not. Any help would be much much appreciated!

For out of the box (free) have a look at these trail heads. Should get you up and running with products, schedules and forecasting.

If you find out of the box is not sufficient then you may need to look at buying or building a custom solution.

Salesforce themselves have a CPQ product which I believe is an additional license cost along with some third party companies like Apttus . Both probably require time and investment or professional services to get up and running properly.

There are some paid and free options on the appexchange which might be worth looking at.

If its warehouse stock management you're after, another platform would probably be suited.
