Consultancy Skills All Salesforce Admins Should Master

Join me and @Heather Black on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 11am-12pm Eastern

Join the session to learn the softer skills beyond tech skills required to manage Salesforce projects.

An internal admin should understand and apply Business Analysis, Change Management and Project Management skills in their role. They are effectively a consultant with their employer as their client.

Join the session to find solutions to some of your possible nightmares – poor executive sponsorship leads to low user adoption. Find out how to shift this narrative by upskilling in these areas.

Leave the session as a more confident salesforce admin with some new consultancy tools and skills to apply in practice.

Does anyone know if there's a way to bulk load states into the state and country pick-lists? I have to add the 90+ provinces for the Phillippines into an org and I'm baffled that I can't bulk do it. I manually have to add each one in setup. And the interface is PAINFULLY SLOW. How is this not a thing? How do other orgs set this up for global companies?!?

I've always just manually tackled where-ever I've gone. Usually the first thing I do when I arrive at a new org.

If you're a Salesforce Trailblazer within your organization, you know how daunting it can be to keep your users up to date on all the latest features and enhancements that keep coming out with each release.

But, did you know that there's a nifty PPT presentation that you can download, and customize for the Winter '20 release?

YESSSS!!!!

Click here to download your copy: https://success.salesforce.com/0693A000007tDYp

Remove the slides that are not relevant to your users, customize the wording, or screenshots as needed...and *poof* you're now a corporate rockstar!

You're welcome!

@Micael Siegler - As you can imagine, the registration link to RSVP for a live event that took place a year and a half ago is no longer accessible to avoid people from attempting to sign up for an event that happened in the past. Luckily, you can catch videos for similar topics and live events on my YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/c/Brainiate I hope that helps.

Do you know a college student who is considering a career in technology or business management?

Did you know that there are Salesforce Student Programs at college campuses around the globe?

This means that college students can gain a competitive edge by learning Salesforce and networking with others in the Salesforce community (including other Salesforce experts and even Salesforce employees) ABSOLUTELY FREE!

Students can either join or start a Salesforce Student Group on their campus by following the details found here: https://student.salesforce.com/

Share this information with a college student.

Heck, copy and paste this post (and corresponding image) and share it on social media!

They will thank you later.

As a college student, I have a lot of catching up to do. To write various written works, such as essays, and to engage in a variety of activities. But what helps me is that I've only recently discovered a technique and a means to go about it; how can I find folks who can write any college essay swiftly and well? You can also take a look at cheap custom essay  ; they have aided me on numerous occasions, and I am grateful to them. I hope it will be beneficial to everyone.

@Melissa Sitchon - The town is actually called "Englewood Cliffs, NJ" (there is an "s" in the name), and since there are many towns called Englewood Cliffs within the US, is it possible to also replace the "US" in the name of the group with "NJ" ? Thanks in advance.
