Error: We can't find an activated 'Generate Personalized Schedule' prompt template with the Flex Template type.

From your screenshot the setup looks mostly correct. The template is Flex and it is already Active. 

A few things I would check:

• Make sure Trailhead is checking the same Playground/org where you created the prompt template.
• Confirm the API name is exactly Generate_Personalized_Schedule.
• Check that the input resource is Contact with API name myContact.
• Try Deactivate → Save as New Version → Activate the latest version.
• Then run Check Challenge again.

Since your template already shows Version 5 (Active), this may also be a Trailhead validation/sync issue. 

If everything matches and it still fails, I would raise a Trailhead Help case with the screenshot and org details.
