Anybody else picked up that the unit Set Up a Marketing Cloud Next Campaign within the Campaign Optimization with Flows in Marketing Cloud Next module is missing information, within the Define the Audience
section, from point 5 onwards?
I haven't tried to complete it yet and submit to check the challenge. Any pointers?

I ran into this kind of issue while following online tutorials too. Sometimes a missing step can make the whole task confusing. Hopefully someone can share the missing details or confirm whether the module has been updated.
