Hi @Emily Howe Follow below steps:
- Locate the Contact will.johnson@run.com
- Change the email from will.johnson@run.com to your own email address
- Continue with the chatbot steps to authenticate, but check your email for the code
- Enter the code
- Continue with the steps
- Then, when you try to update the case it says "Adding comments to cases is not supported at the moment"
- Navigate to the case and in the Internal Comments section on the Details, enter "Add a comment to this case: Please email the contact owner an update on this case."
- Save case
- Validate the badge.
