We recently added new DM prep conductor node to Tableau server. We are seeing licensing error. Please advise how to address this issue? Our users not able to access the report it's urgent. thakns, Sree 

An error occurred on the server. The details of the error are:

  • "No license found; Session creation failed"

Click the Refresh button in your web browser and try again.

If you continue to receive this error please contact your Tableau Server Administrator.

    The community forums are for general help and they are largely manned by volunteers.

     

    Talk to your Tableau Server Admin, or please contact Tableau Support for urgent issues.
