Agentforce Grid Summary column returns temporary system error

I’m working on the Trailhead unit Explore Data with Agentforce Grid. I imported 10 Account records and added an Account Summary prompt template column, but every row returns “A temporary system error.” I also reconnected Agents to Salesforce Services and retried Update Column, but the error persists.

    Hello @Ayushi Chanda, as per today 16th Oct 26, to solve this issue, instead of adding "Prompt Template

    " as new coloum, do as follows: 

    Step 1: Create the Text Column

    1. Click Add Column and select Text.
    2. Leave the column title exactly as it is (do not rename it).

    Step 2: Populate the Cells

    1. Locate the new text column you just created.
    2. Add random text into all the rows.
    3. Crucial: Make sure at least one of the cells in this column starts exactly with **Account Overview** (matching what is in your missing screenshot).Hello , as per today 16th Oct 26, to solve this issue, instead of adding

    Step 3: Configure the Record Update 

    1. Click Add Column and select Record Update.
    2. Update the Title to "Update Description".
    3. For Object Type, select Account.
    4. For Object Field, select Account Description.
    5. For Enter a value, enter "@ {text column header created in step 2}".
    6. Click Save and Run.
