The final chapter in Trail: Salesforce Go is "Enable Einstein Activity Capture Using Salesforce Go".

This requires us to enable "Einstein Opportunity Scoring" but the sandbox Org created does not have the relevant licences as it states "Purchase Required".

Am I missing something?

    Hey Stephen,

This confirms the setup requirement: Einstein Activity Capture and the Outlook integration explicitly aren't available in the Trailhead Playground at all, per Salesforce's own module instructions ("Don't try to follow these steps in your Trailhead Playground"). "Purchase Required" for Einstein Opportunity Scoring is a licensing gate showing up because these Einstein Sales features need a real Sales Cloud license type, not something a standard sandbox or Developer Edition Playground carries by default.

If this specific unit is designed to be completed in a special Developer Edition org (not your regular Playground/sandbox), go back to the start of that unit and check for a specific "Launch" or signup link, some Einstein-dependent modules provision a purpose-built org with the correct licenses. If no such special link exists for this particular unit, it may be one of the "read along, don't try hands-on" units meant to be understood conceptually rather than completed live, since Salesforce explicitly tells learners not to attempt Einstein Activity Capture setup in a standard Playground.
