I'm going to take the UX certification exam.
I'll be taking it in person, at a testing center, which requires identification with personal documents.
The document needs to have the same name as the exam registration.
When I created my Trailhead account, my name is abbreviated, and now I need to adjust it to take the exam. But Trailhead doesn't have the option to change the legal name, only the student name.
I've already opened a support ticket and also tried calling, but without success.
Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to proceed?
