In the Configure LLM Data Masking Policies trailhead module, I am trying to select "Sales Email" as the Prompt Template Type, but it is not an option. I only see Field Generation, Flex, and Record Summary. I checked and I have the Einstein Sales Emails permission set correctly applied to my user. I have refreshed the Playground, but it is still not available.

Make sure that you have follow the below steps in your playground.
Enable Einstein for Sales
We first need to turn on Einstein for Sales.
- Click and click Setup.
- In the quick find box, enter Einstein for Sales, then click Einstein for Sales.
- Turn on Sales Emails by clicking the toggle.
