How to sync Microsoft outlook contact to salesforce using Einstein Activity Capture?

I have a requirement to create a contact in Salesforce whenever a new email is received in the Outlook inbox, using the "From" address as the contact's email. To achieve this, I've utilized Einstein Activity Capture for bi-directional syncing between Salesforce and Outlook, along with Microsoft Power Automate.

I created a flow in Power Automate that triggers on receiving a new email in Outlook, creating a contact with the sender's email in the Salesforce Sync folder in Outlook. However, contacts created by this flow are not being synced to Salesforce. Interestingly, if I manually create a contact in the Salesforce Sync folder, the contact is successfully synced to Salesforce.

Could anyone suggest why the contact created through Power Automate is not syncing, while manually created contacts sync without any issue?
