Hey there,

One of our customers is looking for a tool that can change voice to text.

I noticed there are some tools, but most of them are Service Cloud related. And we actually need a button which you can use everywhere for example. We have an intake form created with a screen flow, where it would be usefull if they could press a button, speak, and the voice would be transformed to text in the screen flow.

We are working with and for the healthcare branch where companies work with people who might have certain disabilities where this tool would work great for!

Hoping someone else ran into this question as well and could suggest something.

Thanks!

Yes, this is possible. A speech-to-text tool can let users click a button, speak their response, and have it converted directly into a Salesforce field. This can be especially useful for accessibility and reducing manual typing.

One option is Voice2Force, which lets you dictate directly into Salesforce fields using your voice.

You can check it out here: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/voice2force-streamline-sa/pngeejdllpokmpeecciipapjgajniecg
