Trying to get hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud is the challenge for anyone trying to learn. I passed the exam with limited ORG time, 4 weeks. I am not an email marketer by trade but am trying to transition over. What advice or if you were in my shoes what would you do to get more experience to be more marketable? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

By passing the Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification, you are now eligible to take the Marketing Cloud Developer exam. Ultimately, we recommend obtaining the Marketing Cloud Developer certification. We believe that the Marketing Cloud Developer certification is more advantageous for career advancement compared to the Marketing Cloud Consultant certification. However, since knowledge of Marketing Cloud Administrator and Consultant roles is also essential for managing Marketing Cloud, we suggest pursuing certifications in the following order:
1. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
2. Marketing Cloud Administrator
3. Marketing Cloud Consultant
4. Marketing Cloud Developer
