Build A Discount Approval Process

I am creating the Discount Percentage field - I put in Field Label Length Decimal Places etc then clicked Next

I selected checkbox for Read Only

I am supposed to deselect Standard User and System Admin - are these the two listed under the Read Only - the instructions are a bit confusing - any help is very much apprecated! thank you
