Hello, we hare having issues with trying to switch to a single domain. Have followed the emailed instructions. Asked for a Cname from our TPA (Go-daddy) and continue to get error messages. We have contacted support but can't understand what is being said (comprehension on our part). Does anyone have suggestions or another path?

Here is the error information we are getting:

**Serve the domain with your HTTPS certificate on Salesforce servers Serve the domain with the Salesforce Content Delivery Network (CDN) This is the recommended option for custom domains that serve Digital Experiences built with Experience Cloud, Commerce, and Industries licenses.

With this option, your domain uses a CDN partner service to optimize content delivery. If you enable Salesforce CDN for Commerce LWR sites or sites hosted on Experience Delivery, the domain uses the CDN partner service Cloudflare. All other domains use the CDN partner service Akamai. All information that’s sent to or returned by this domain is stored and transmitted through the CDN service.

To use this option, ensure that:• The public DNS record of the domain name points directly to [domain].00d4x0000069kaaeay.live.siteforce.com.• The public DNS record of the domain name includes a CNAME entry with hostname _acme-challenge.[domain] and target _acme-challenge.[domain].00d4x0000069kaaeay.live.siteforce.com

Visit Salesforce Help to learn how to serve your site content with Salesforce CDN, technical considerations, and prerequisites. Error: The _acme-challenge.images.ebe-inc.com CNAME entry is missing or incorrect. Make sure that the _acme-challenge.images.ebe-inc.com CNAME uses _acme-challenge.images.ebe-inc.com.00d4x0000069kaaeay.live.siteforce.com as its target, and try again later. For more information, see Salesforce Help. Use a third-party service or CDN to serve the domain

    Hi, @Minnie Winters

That's quite a complex question, but let's consider possible ways to address this situation.

Check Certificates: Ensure that your certificates are valid and not outdated. If you are using HTTPS certificates on Salesforce servers, update or replace them before they expire.

Check DNS records: Ensure that your DNS records are configured correctly. Your public DNS record should point directly to the domain [domain].00d4x0000069kaaeay.live.siteforce.com. Also, make sure you have a CNAME record for _acme-challenge.[domain] that points to _acme-challenge.[domain].00d4x0000069kaaeay.live.siteforce.com.

Using CDN: If you want to use a CDN to optimize content delivery, make sure you set it up correctly. To do this, visit Salesforce Help and learn how to use a CDN for your site.

    Sincerely,

    Mykhailo Vdovychenko
