We are trying to configure Einstein Activity Capture in our org, but we are not able to sync the outlook calendar with the salesforce calendar, due to mismatch in the UPN and primary email address.

@Raghunath Reddy M Im sure with all best intentions, yet I struggle to understand the reasoning of such answers,
- removes them within a couple of days from the list of questions not looked after,
- reduces the access and diversity for the community to be able to chip in,
- generates feeditems entries with no value response (data volume and energy consumption)
- etc
I wonder which other process would be most helpful to tackle the aim without the unintended consequences
