Not able to find any Option in Custom Setting(Timecard Entry UI Personal).

No, In Time Entry UI (Portal). There is three input options for Project, Assignment and Milestone. When any one Assignment is selected, related project of the assignment is populating in project input. But Related Milestone not Populating.
