I am trying to setup an Expense report approval process. In the Trailhead, it shows I can setup our Sales Manager as the person to approve all Expense reports. When I go to my production org, the "Approver Setting" to choose the Sales Manager is not even offered as a selection. Do I need to turn this feature on?

and is this the value you see for delegated approver lookup field?
