Cannot find contact under - Contacts for Case

Could not find the product support case for 'Sean Forbes' and 'Edge Communications' with the specified settings.

Hi  @Vismay Christian https://trailblazers.salesforce.com/profileView?u=0054V00000GpFqjQAF  ,   The error was that I hadn't registered Sean Forbes' name on another case, and the one I reported was definitely fine.   https://trailhead.salesforce.com/trailblazer-community/feed/0D54S00000R9nLi   I had set that up but I went through all the steps again and it worked this time, appreciate the answer!
