Einstein Activity Capture

I set up Einstein activity capture, connected my Google account with Salesforce from connected accounts, and configured everything.

I am using two users for syncing events from Google Calendar

I added both user's Google accounts.

In the configuration, I selected both directions syncing.

Issue:   For one user events synced from both directions.

             but for another user, when an event is created from Google Calendar, it's not syncing into Salesforce; when created from Salesforce, it is successfully syncing in Google Calendar.

I want to sync from both directions

How I can achieve this?
