Health Cloud Provider Search and Cards - Set Up Provider Search playground issue

Unable to complete the second module (Set Up Provider Search)

I've registered for the org and have connected it to my playground, which also made me pass the first challenge where the playground is being checked.

The second challenge can't be completed:

"Before you begin to work with Provider Search, assign yourself the Data Baseline permission set license. To do that, in Setup, search for Users and then click Users. Find yourself on the list, and click your name. Scroll to the Permissions Set Assignment, and click Edit Assignments. Find Data Pipeline Base User in the Available Permissions list, and click the right arrow to add it to the Enabled Permission Sets list. Click Save.

Enable Data Pipeline."

" In Setup, search for Data Pipelines, then click Get Started. On the Getting Started page, switch the Enable Data Pipelines toggle to Enabled."

Data Baseline permission set license does not show up in the list.

Also, searching for Data Pipelines in setup doesn't show any results

re-connected the org, issue remains
