 If you are still facing the issue, I recommend creating a new playground by following the steps below

here the steps:

Create Has support plan & Support plan expiration date in Account Object:

Note :  You didn't create any Sales User, which is why it doesn't appear. You can skip Step 6 and proceed. and click Next and saveCreate Close Reason Picklist in Oppertunity Object:

 After completing the above steps, you can proceed to Create Validation Rules unit.
