In the "Set Up Social Sign-On" module of the "Identity for Customers" badge I am hitting an error that says "Challenge not yet complete in Customer Identity Playground. In the login history, we can’t find a login that used Google authentication." Which seems to be a common enough error but anytime I try to login to the Partners Community with a Google Account (The button is showing, the RegHandler is doing its thing, I get all the way through the username, password, and verification steps) I get an error stating "NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user" and if I try to log in to the Customers Community (as many help articles suggest) I get an error stating "NO_ACCESS: User was not authorized for the community".

I have reviewed the trailhead steps and believe I've completed each one, any guidance is helpful.

Note: I have tried two separate Google accounts, neither is the same address I used for my Facebook sign on.

Thank you all for sharing these resources. I was able to resolve this issue so wanted to share the resolution. The Google account I was using for verification didn't have a last name field associated with the account so it wasn't able to be passed through the registration handler. I went into that Google account, added a last name, and tried again and the verification ran. If you're hitting similar errors I encourage you to check those google account details to be sure you have a first name and last name associated with that email address.
