hi mam i've completed my salesforce developer catalyst program but not yet received the certificate

Respected Sir/Madam,

I've completed the given modules and super badges in Salesforce Developer Catalyst

I still haven't got my Salesforce Developer Catalyst Certificate yet. You Instructed me on 13th Sep 2024 , to wait for a week .But I still didn't get it so, I would like to remind you once again the same thing and want to know is there anything else I can do.
