Looking for some assistance on gaining the ability to filter out specific quote line items when generating a Quote PDF. We're using the Sales Cloud Quote Template functionality and do not have CPQ. Just curious how other admins have tackled this either via potential 3rd party apps or custom development?

I've usually resorted to third party apps, like Conga Composer which let you have more control, such as conditional visibility and e-signature. Outside of that one trick you can do is create a rich text field on your object, and using flow, populate this field with HTML in the form of a table. Your flow could house the logic for dynamically generating this text with the appropriate line items. Then you could put this field in your Quote Template.
