In the chatterBody text template, we can’t find a mention for the contact’s owner. (Hint: Mentions use this format: @[{!globalVariable.field_API_Name}].)

I used below one 

{!$Record.Owner.ManagerId}

    use  @[{!$Record.OwnerId}]

    instead of {!$Record.OwnerId}
