'Auto Remove' Product Relationship doesn't display its message in the Vlocity CPQ

In Vlocity CPQ,

'Auto Remove' Product Relationship doesn't display its message in the Vlocity cart

I have defined a Product Relationship that 'Apple pencil' automatically removes 'Apple Watch Series 5' if both are selected in the Vlocity cart.

On doing so the functionality executes but the message associated with it fails to display.
