I have been trying to import the csv file and it is not working and I can not figure out what I am doing wrong. I have used the wizard, all contact fields were mapped for the challenge and when I check the actual contacts the information is there, yet I can not complete challenge due to the above error message of :
We couldn't find the contact records from the CSV file. Make sure you import the CSV file correctly.

- Try in new org
- download the file save the file by
File name:-filename.csv
Save as type:-All type or CSV
- then follow the steps as per requirement
