Please try the following actions:
1. Change the playground language to English
2. If the above does not work, uninstall and reinstall the package
3. If the above does not work, provision a brand new playground org, and repeat the steps
4. If the above does not work, please raise a case with trailhead support at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/help?support=home&category=trailhead
