In the ''Create Reports and Dashboards for Sales and Marketing Managers'' Trailhead , in the 3rd sub-section named ''filter your reports'' one exercise involves creating a report named ''Central and Eastern Target Accounts'. One of the task is to filter the Accounts type (type = a filter) and select ''CUSTOMER'' in the picklist /dropdown menu lit. but customer-wise I only have ''CUSTOMER - CHANNEL'' and ''CUSTOMER-DIRECT'' in the dropdown list. So I can't validate the exercise and move further. I've spent 2 hours trying to find how to edit the list of values appearing in a filter values picklist but can't find it anywhere. All related articles don't help fixing this. I've also set up my user's permission to enable ''Customization'' . I'm enclosing 3 screenshots thinking they might help.

Jenna Weiner (AgWest Farm Credit)Note the wording of the directions/error. It says to use "contains", not "equals".
When you use "contains", you are able to type in whatever value you want to search for, such as 'Customer', which will return all picklist values that include that specific text, in this case, both 'Customer - Direct' and 'Customer - Channel'.
