We couldn't find the following details for Trip Info (Details): Purpose, Trip Start Date, Trip End Date, Out-of-State, Destinate State.

Attached is a screenshot showing the error on the right and the seemingly completed requirements in the Travel App on the left.  I'm quite baffled by this one, any guidance?

    I found a typo in the "Out-of-State" field label. You have created the field name as "Out of State".
