For the trailhead: Apex Integration Services > Apex Web Services Trailhead, I created an App using https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.224.0.chatterapi.meta/chatterapi/CR_quickstart_oauth.htm, yet, when I view my app, under Setup > Apps > Connected Apps > Manage Connected Apps, there is no listing for for the "Consumer Key" or "Consumer Secret". The API (Enabled OAuth Settings) isn't on the page layout.

All default trailhead orgs does have the listing for ' Enable OAuth Settings ' checkbox under connected apps . Can you share snip of the view you see from your end .
