on every step i verify my steps and pass it successfully, however when i run the flow it gives the following message
An unhandled fault has occurred in this flow An unhandled fault has occurred while processing the flow. Please contact your system administrator for more information.
Error Occurred: This error occurred when the flow tried to create records: REQUIRED_FIELD_MISSING: Required fields are missing: [LastName].
I did all steps exactly as was described why it says requied field is missing?

Dear @Jagadeesh M, that's my problem, that i have verified all my steps, and completed it successfully, however flow is not running, even though that all steps in the trail are completed. i have tried several times, i have retaken each chalange in new org, however in the end i run the flow and it is not working
