An Engagement plan can be triggered automatically when moving from one level to a higher level (night recalculation). For example from Bronze to Silver. Which can add a series of tasks like an email, a call, etc.
If the donor become more important, and move to Gold (3 months later), a new engagement plan will also be triggered, and other tasks will be added to the Gold donors manager. Nice !
But if, the following year, the donor decreases his donations, and the night calculation brings him back down to SILVER, how can we avoid the "Silver" Engagement plan (which he already had when he reached this level the first time) to be re-triggered?
