The Error message reads: "The Salesforce account you have logged into is not a current trial organization. Only a trial organization can receive donated licenses."

- 1) Email - that you submitted the application with
- 2) Username - that you submitted the application with
- 3) Org ID - you can find this here (different than a Tax ID)
