I'm showing Reports in the salesforce site using Reports.There I want to show only one report folder how I can achieve this
Here I want to show one one report folder. But in above it is showing more report folders. How to hide the remaining folders in Sites

You need to edit the sharing of each of your Report Folders. Click the dropdown arrow to the very right of each folder and then select Share. This will then tell you who, users (internal, customer and partner), public groups and roles that the folder is being shared with.
