Has anyone found a way to create email alerts on attachments?
My team would like to receive an email alert or notification of some kind when there is an attachment added to an opportunity.
I haven't been able to find a good solution for them other than to create a custom field that would need to be manually changed in some way (checked, date selected etc) which would then trigger a workflow email alert...
